About Anchored Agency & AFH

Anchored AFH & Agency offers respite care services, individual skill development services through county-based programs, consulting services for those wanting to learn more about opening their own home and operates adult family homes as a service provider for clients ages 18-85. Nicole serves a variety of clients such as those who have physical disabilities, developmental disabilities, mental illness, and challenging behaviors. She meets the needs of clients through a fundamental approach. Anchored AFH is there to assist each individual member’s need. Nicole has been in the medical field since 2004. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree in health care business and organizational leadership along with obtaining several certificates. She is trained and knowledgeable about supportive services, ensuring she can meet each client where they are at with precision and empathy.
